Ground floor: On entering the property you will find a cosy sitting room with electric log burner effect fire, TV, Freeview and DVD player. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen which seats four and contains a washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, electric cooker and gas hob.

First floor: Double bedroom with 5 foot brass king sized bed, landing with door leading to small, private roof terrace with furniture.

Second floor: Bedroom with cast iron double bed, bathroom with bath and shower attachment, basin and WC.

Outside the property has on road parking, whilst the roof terrace is ideal for relaxing or enjoying a spot of breakfast.

Situated in the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Tetbury of today is one of the most beautiful Cotswold towns with its elegant buildings creating a real sense of timeless beauty and is a thriving market town built around its outstanding seventeenth-century Market Hall. As well as offering a great selection of pubs, shops and restaurants, it also offers a unique retail experience with many individually owned shops including the Highgrove souvenir shop - Tetbury is the home of Price Charles, it is also a major centre for antiques. Tetbury celebrates some of the best and most famous local produce in the county, including exquisite foods from The Duchy, delicious locally baked breads and the freshest ingredients from the local markets and specialist shops.
